Q: Who are you?

A: We are Raquel and Chad, the team behind Rocket's Custom melts! We are a loving couple with five beautiful children, and we try to put that same love into all of our products.

Q: Why do you sell melts?

A: Raquel, the "Rocket" behind our name, loved scented candles and the wonderful community it naturally attracted. So, she decided to bring her unique flair to this great hobby by providing affordable, quality, handmade parasoy wax melts.

Q: Where are you?

A: We are located in evergreen Dublin, Georgia.

Q: What do you use in your melts?

A: We use parasoy wax, the most aromatic oils, and candle dye. Some melts may have glitter or other additions, but we test every product in our home to ensure that we don't sell you anything we wouldn't use ourselves!

Q: Does your wax need cure time?

A: Our wax is a parasoy blend that does require at least 2 week cure time.

Q: What's with the Regional Rate Shipping? What's that?

A: Although we wish we could offer free shipping for all orders, it is unfortunately not feasible for a small business like us to compete against the online shopping giants. We make every effort possible to keep shipping costs down for you, the customer, and had to reach the best possible middle-ground. Even if you order a large shipment, we will not charge you extra for shipping. Please try to keep your orders together (i.e don't order one or two things, the shipping will be the same as a larger order). Regional Rate is through USPS and is priced based on your location in the U.S. The closer you are to the Southeast, the cheaper your shipping will be!

Q: When do orders ship?

A: As soon as possible. Please bear with us as we are a small team! Most orders will ship same or next-day under most circumstances. Please note that some orders will have to be made-to-order and may take up to a week to process.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes! All orders will receive tracking, free of charge. Please note that although USPS tends to have accurate tracking, some orders may not update tracking information on-time. This is unfortunately something we can't control.
